We brightened up our house with a tree this year. It smelled lovely and went well in our wildlife-themed living room with these ornaments:
Susan was here to pick up Jersey, and helped to decorate the tree. When all the boxes were empty, we realized we were short a tree-topper and went in search of something unique for our fishy Christmas tree. Believe it or not, we found the perfect topper in the first store we checked!
We've just returned from our time away for Christmas, and tried out our new sushi-making kit (thank you Margaret and Greg) to make dinner tonight. Making the rice was quite a process, made easier by our new rice cooker (thank you Suzie and Chad). After that, it was just slicing up veggies, frying tempura tilapia and broccoli, and figuring out how to roll it all up in delicious a combination.
Success!!
Now, we're settling in to enjoy the rest of 2010, hoping you all make the most of it as well!
